BIG NEWS!!!!

Sundew Integrated Recovery is now partnering with Pacific Coast Mental Health and Seattle University to provide an internship site for students in Seattle University’s new Masters of Arts in Psychology program. This new degree program prepares students to pursue a career as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Who We Are

Sundew Integrated Recovery was founded in 2022 in Lynnwood, WA.  We provide comprehensive medical care and support for persons suffering from substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health disorders through the integration of Conventional, Naturopathic, and Chinese medical models to create sustainable recovery plans. Our goal is to create a safe and protected space for those who suffer from the medical stigmas related to substance use and mental health at all stages of recovery as well as provide community education.

What is an ND?

An ND is a Naturopathic doctor who has completed 4 years of medical training with over 1000 hours of hands-on clinical training, over 2000 hours of didactic education, and successfully passed a 3-day national licensing examination. Naturopathic doctors are licensed as primary care physicians in the state of Washington, meaning they can perform annual physicals, order lab tests, and imaging, and prescribe and manage all legend medications (all non-controlled medications). In addition, Naturopathic doctors are specially trained in the use of less invasive methods of treatment including, but not limited to, counseling, diet and nutrient therapy, osteopathic manipulation, botanical medicine, homeopathy, IV therapy, and hydrotherapy.
